2508 Consulting & Development provides employment and career-readiness services to individuals with disabilities of all ages who are preparing to enter, re-enter, or advance in the workforce. As a Community Rehabilitation Provider (CRP), we work with individuals referred and authorized for services through Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). Depending on the service, we may also work with individuals and community partners outside of VR.
Our goal is to meet you where you are and help you build the skills, confidence, and tools needed to move toward meaningful employment.

Yes, 2508 is a Certified Community Rehabilitation Provider with the State of Tennessee.

2508 Consulting & Development serves individuals throughout Shelby, Tipton, and Fayette Counties in Tennessee.
If you aren’t in these areas, we would still love to work with you virtually! See below for details.

Yes! Some 2508 services may be provided virtually when appropriate and approved by your Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Virtual services can be a convenient option for activities such as career coaching, resume development, interview preparation, soft-skills training, and other employment-readiness activities.
