A name with purpose.
The name 2508 is a reference to 24/7, but one step further. It represents our belief that there should be no limit to the ways we can show up, create opportunity, and serve others.
For us, 2508 is more than a name. It’s a commitment to being there beyond the expected, going further when it matters, and creating pathways that help people move toward greater confidence, independence, and possibility.
Meet the founder
La'Toya Lacey, CDR
2508 was created from both professional expertise and personal purpose.
As a Human Resources professional and Certified Diversity Recruiter, La'Toya has spent years helping employers identify talent and helping candidates navigate the employment process. She understands what employers look for, how hiring decisions are made, and what candidates need to successfully transition into the workforce.
But her connection to this work is deeply personal. As a mother of a child who receives vocational rehabilitation services, La'Toya has experienced the vocational rehabilitation journey from a parent's perspective. That experience has given her an even deeper understanding of the importance of individualized support, advocacy, preparation, and meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities and their families.
La'Toya's goal is to bridge the gap between individual potential and employer opportunity by providing services that help people build confidence, develop workplace skills, prepare for employment, and successfully navigate the workforce.
